🔔 Important Subscription Information

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: All subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, browsing, or using the YouTube Ads Mastery course platform ("Platform"), creating an account, or purchasing any subscription plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Subscriber," "you") and our educational platform ("Platform," "we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Platform and services.

2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND BILLING

Explorer Plan: 3-day free trial, then £7.99/month (Regular price: £16/month)
Includes: Mini courses and mini video courses
Pioneer Plan (Monthly): £27/month promotional rate (Regular price: £47/month)
Includes: Mini courses, full courses, mini and full video courses
Pioneer Plan (Annual): £324/year promotional rate (Regular price: £564/year)
Includes: Mini courses, full courses, mini and full video courses

2.1 Free Trial Terms

The Explorer Plan includes a 3-day free trial period beginning upon successful account registration and payment method verification. During the trial period, you have full access to Explorer Plan content and features.

  • Trial period begins immediately upon signup completion
  • Credit card authorization required but no charges during trial
  • Cancel anytime during trial to avoid charges
  • Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before trial expiration
  • One trial per customer, determined by email address and payment method
  • Trial access is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers

⚠️ Automatic Billing Notice

After your free trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial period expires.

2.2 Billing and Payment

  • Payment Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
  • Billing Cycles: Monthly plans bill every 30 days; annual plans bill every 365 days from signup date
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal
  • Failed Payments: Service may be suspended for failed payments; reactivation possible upon successful payment
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days advance notice
  • Taxes: All prices exclude applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law

3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

3.1 Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period.

UK Consumer Rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. This cooling-off period runs alongside any free trial period.

3.2 Refund Policy

  • Free Trial Cancellation: No charges if cancelled during trial period
  • 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: Full refund available within 14 days of first purchase (UK Consumer Rights)
  • Monthly Subscriptions: No partial refunds; access continues until end of paid period
  • Annual Subscriptions: Prorated refunds available within first 30 days of purchase
  • Processing Time: Refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method
  • Exception: No refunds for digital content accessed or downloaded after 14-day withdrawal period

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to: sharing login credentials, attempting to circumvent payment systems, or misusing platform content.

4. PLATFORM ACCESS AND CONTENT

4.1 Service Description

Our Platform provides online educational content focused on YouTube advertising mastery, including video courses, written materials, templates, and supplementary resources. Content access depends on your subscription plan level.

4.2 Account Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate account information and secure login credentials
  • Use content solely for personal or business educational purposes
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms while using our Platform
  • Provide valid payment information and keep it current

4.3 Content Access and Restrictions

  • Personal Use: Content licensed for personal and business educational use only
  • No Redistribution: Sharing, reselling, or redistributing content is strictly prohibited
  • Download Limitations: Some content may be restricted from download or offline access
  • Account Sharing: Each subscription is for individual use; sharing login credentials violates these Terms

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All Platform content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is our property or licensed to us and protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.1 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Platform content solely for personal or business educational purposes.

7.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

7.3 UK Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution
